This refers to the honeymoon package I was booked through you for Bangalore / Mysore / Ooty in last week of May 16.

The entire itinerary was good & I really enjoyed the same. Hotels in Bangalore & Mysore were also nice, however I would like to bring this in your notice that the service/response in hotel 'United 21 Paradise, Ooty', was too poor. Earlier day dishes were lying in the room till next day evening even after informing the same to room service three times. Room was not cleaned on 2nd day. Also after returning to hotel on 2nd day at evening (at around 6 PM), I ordered a tea for which they told me that it will come in 10-15 mins however they didn't serve the tea at all. I have also mentioned this in feedback form while checking out from the hotel.

You are requested to take up these issues with hotel management.

The arrangements made for stay and for tour were awesome. The chauffer driven service was excellent. The driver was very kind and generous.
